This study looks at whether whole-body vibration therapy can reduce knee pain in people who still have pain after ACL reconstruction surgery. About 50 adults aged 18 to 60 with ongoing kneecap pain will use a vibrating platform for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this simple training method improves pain, stiffness, and quality of life.
