NCT ID NCT07498491
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether sleeping with a weighted blanket (about 10% of your body weight) can help adults with chronic pain feel better. About 44 people will use the blanket every night for 5 weeks and report changes in pain, sleep, and daily activities. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach is worth studying further.
