Can a heavy blanket ease Veterans' chronic pain?

Summary
This study looks at whether using a weighted blanket at night can help veterans with chronic pain and sleep problems. About 160 veterans will use either a light or heavy blanket for 6 weeks at home. Researchers will track changes in pain, sleep quality, and pain medication use.
