NCT ID NCT06521021

First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving people the choice between two weight management strategies—avoiding tempting foods or resisting cravings—helps them stick to their plan better than being assigned a strategy. Researchers will enroll 60 adults with overweight or obesity and track how many complete the 6-month follow-up. The goal is to see if personal choice improves adherence and outcomes.
