Summary

This study tests two drugs, cagrilintide and semaglutide (alone or together as CagriSema), to help children and adolescents with overweight or obesity lose weight. About 460 participants will receive either the drugs or a placebo for up to 5 years. The main goal is to see how much their body mass index (BMI) changes.
