Summary

This study looks at how losing a lot of weight after bariatric surgery affects the spine in obese patients. Researchers will measure changes in low back pain, spine alignment, and spinal fat over one year. About 80 adults who qualify for weight-loss surgery will take part. The goal is to understand if weight loss improves spine health and reduces back pain.
