Summary
This study is testing whether a web-based program called SHUTi can help Black/African American prostate cancer survivors sleep better. About 40 people will be randomly assigned to either the SHUTi program or an educational website. The goal is to see if the online treatment is practical, acceptable, and effective at reducing insomnia and improving well-being.
