First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at how walking with different levels of blood flow restriction (using bands on the legs) affects the heart, muscles, and walking patterns in healthy adults aged 60 to 90. Each participant will try four walking conditions, including a sham and a normal walk, to compare results. The goal is to understand if this type of exercise is safe and how the body responds.
