Summary
This study looks at whether combining virtual reality exercise games with a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) can improve thinking skills like memory and focus in healthy adults aged 60-70. Twenty-four participants will try four different combinations of VR and stimulation in random order. The goal is to see if the combo works better than either approach alone.
