Summary
This study tests whether a web-based group program called Health Web Te@m is practical and helpful for older adults (65+) in northern Sweden. About 27 participants will try the program, and researchers will ask how they and the professionals delivering it feel about it. The goal is to see if the program can support healthy aging, not to cure or treat any disease.
