NCT ID NCT07495280

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at two types of exercise—Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) exercises and standard balance exercises—to see which better helps older adults improve their balance, strength, and quality of life. Researchers will enroll 18 people aged 65 and older who can walk on their own. Participants will do one of the two exercise programs for six weeks, and their progress will be measured with simple tests like walking speed and grip strength.
