This study tests four different virtual reality (VR) exercises in 30 adults who have had rotator cuff-related shoulder pain for at least 6 months. Participants will do weekly VR sessions for four weeks and complete questionnaires about their arm function, pain, and fear of movement. The goal is to see which VR approach works best and if it's practical to use in a clinic.
