Summary
This study tests whether giving people with rotator cuff shoulder pain regular updates on their progress (like pain scores and strength) helps them recover better. 56 adults aged 18–35 will either get standard rehab or standard rehab plus these progress updates. The goal is to see if knowing the numbers improves pain, movement, and daily function.
