First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether using a non-immersive virtual reality system at home can help reduce knee pain from osteoarthritis. Fifty adults aged 45 and older will either play VR physiotherapy games or follow standard care for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for a larger future trial.
