Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) exercises can improve walking and balance in adults aged 60 and older better than standard physical therapy. Half of the 36 participants will use a VR headset to play movement games, while the other half will do traditional exercises like tandem walking. Researchers will measure changes in walking speed and balance after 4-6 weeks of training.

What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a more engaging way to help older adults improve their walking and balance, potentially reducing falls.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage trial with only 36 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. The VR approach may not be more effective than standard exercises.
