Summary
This trial tests whether adding video feedback to standard physical therapy helps people walk better after cosmetic leg-lengthening surgery. Adults aged 18 to 45 who undergo bilateral femoral lengthening will be randomly assigned to receive either conventional physiotherapy alone or a mix of conventional physiotherapy and video feedback gait training. Researchers will measure walking speed, leg function, and other outcomes before surgery and at several points during recovery.
