Spinal zaps could help Parkinson's patients walk better

Summary

This study tests if magnetic stimulation on the neck or back, combined with brain stimulation, can improve walking and balance in people with Parkinson's disease. 30 participants will receive 10 treatment sessions. The goal is to find the best spot to stimulate to help with mobility.
