Summary
This study looks at whether giving vitamin D3 supplements can improve heart and blood vessel health in Chinese teenagers who are overweight or obese and have low vitamin D levels. About 130 teens will take either vitamin D3 or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in heart risk factors like waist size, blood pressure, and blood sugar.
