Summary

This study looks at whether taking vitamin D3 for 12 weeks can improve heart health in Chinese teenagers who are overweight or obese and have low vitamin D levels. About 130 teens will either get vitamin D3 or a placebo. Researchers will measure changes in heart-related risk factors like belly fat, blood pressure, and blood sugar.
