Can video games help Parkinson's patients walk better?

Summary

This study tests whether virtual reality exercises can improve balance and movement in people with Parkinson's disease better than traditional physical therapy. About 62 adults aged 45-65 with Parkinson's will be randomly assigned to either virtual reality or conventional therapy. Researchers will measure walking speed, balance, and fear of falling to see which approach works best.
