Summary
This study tests whether combining virtual reality with plyometric exercises (jump training) can improve exercise capacity and reduce abdominal obesity in teenage girls aged 13 to 18. One hundred participants with a BMI of 30 or higher and a waist circumference over 80 cm will be enrolled. The main outcomes include changes in waist size, waist-hip ratio, BMI, and lung function.
