Summary

This study tests whether a program combining exercise, diet advice, and behavioral support can improve fitness and health in adults aged 60-75 who are at high risk for heart disease. Participants in the program receive supervised high-intensity exercise and counseling, while all get activity trackers and standard recommendations. The goal is to see lasting improvements in heart and muscle fitness over 24 months.
