Summary
This study tests whether a program combining exercise, diet advice, and counseling can improve fitness and health in adults aged 60-75 who are at high risk for heart disease. About 119 participants will be split into two groups: one gets the full program, the other gets basic activity trackers and national guidelines. The main goal is to see if the program increases cardiorespiratory fitness after 24 months.
