Summary

This study is testing a new job training program that uses virtual reality to help people with schizophrenia improve their job interview skills and manage symptoms. The program is for 40 adults aged 20 to 55 who are motivated to work. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms and interview performance to see if the training is helpful.
