This study tests whether wearing virtual reality goggles that show calming nature scenes with music can reduce pain, anxiety, and changes in heart rate and blood pressure during urodynamics, a procedure that checks how well the bladder works. Half of the participants will wear the goggles during the procedure, while the other half receives standard care. Researchers will measure pain, anxiety, and vital signs before, right after, and 15 minutes after the procedure to see if the VR experience makes a difference.
