This study aimed to see if using an immersive virtual reality headset for balance exercises is safe and practical for people with multiple sclerosis who experience dizziness and fatigue. The researchers planned to compare this new approach to standard vestibular therapy. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
