This study looks at whether using virtual reality to teach patients about their upcoming colon surgery can lower their anxiety before the operation and reduce pain and sleep troubles afterward. About 90 adults having colon surgery for the first time will take part. Researchers will measure anxiety, pain levels, and sleep quality using simple questionnaires.
