Summary

This trial tests whether virtual reality (VR) can reduce pain and anxiety when surgical drains are removed after bariatric surgery. Sixty adults will be randomly assigned to either watch a 360° nature video with VR goggles during the procedure or receive standard care. Pain and anxiety levels are measured before and after drain removal to see if VR offers a non-drug way to improve patient comfort.
