Summary

This study tests whether exercise delivered through immersive virtual reality can improve physical performance, muscle strength, fatigue, and quality of life in 32 adults with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension. Participants will do virtual reality exercises and be measured on walking distance, strength, and breathlessness. The goal is to see if this fun, engaging approach can make exercise more effective and accessible for people with this serious lung condition.
