This study tests whether adding Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills, a Chinese herbal medicine, to standard therapy can improve exercise ability and quality of life in 120 adults with severe pulmonary hypertension. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the herbal pills plus standard drugs or standard drugs alone for 52 weeks. The main outcomes are changes in walking distance, symptom scores, and perceived exertion.
