NCT ID NCT07031947
First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study compares two ways to do core stabilization exercises for people with long-term low back pain. One group does exercises at home using a virtual reality app with video calls, while the other group does the same exercises in person at a clinic. The goal is to see if the virtual reality method works just as well for reducing pain and improving daily function.
