Summary
This study aimed to test an online mental health program designed to help women with advanced breast or gynecologic cancers manage their fear of the cancer coming back or getting worse. Participants would have been randomly assigned to either the main program, which taught coping skills like mindfulness, or a comparison program focused on general health education. The goal was to see if the online approach was practical, acceptable to patients, and effective at reducing fear and distress.
