Summary
This study will test a text-message program called VC-OPTIONS to help Veterans with COPD learn about and use virtual care services like patient portals and telehealth. About 40 Veterans will receive texts from VA's Annie program to see if this approach is easy to use and helpful. The goal is to improve awareness and access to virtual care for managing COPD.
