Summary
This study tested a new way to collect pancreatic juice during an endoscopy by infusing vinegar into the duodenum. The goal was to see if this method could gather enough fluid to test for cancer markers. 75 adults with suspected pancreatic cancer took part. The approach aims to improve diagnosis without adding extra procedures.
