Summary
This study tested whether watching animated nutrition education videos could help people with heart failure improve their eating habits, reduce symptoms, and feel better overall. 70 adults aged 45-60 with moderate heart failure were split into two groups: one watched the videos, the other received standard care. Researchers tracked diet, symptom severity, and quality of life over 6 months to see if the videos made a difference.
