NCT ID NCT06477367
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested whether teaching COPD patients breathing exercises through short videos could reduce shortness of breath, increase activity, and improve sleep. Sixty adults with COPD followed a 30-day program of pursed-lip and diaphragmatic breathing, guided by a 5-7 minute video sent via WhatsApp. Researchers measured changes in dyspnea severity, activity level, and sleep quality using standard questionnaires.
