Summary
This study tested a new blood thinner called vicagrel against the standard drug clopidogrel in 18 healthy adults who have a specific gene that helps process these medicines. The goal was to see how the body absorbs and responds to each drug. Results will help doctors understand if vicagrel could be a better option for preventing heart attacks.
