Summary
This study tests a non-invasive device that delivers gentle vibrations to the skin to improve movement in people with Parkinson's disease. The treatment is meant to be used alongside regular medication and may help delay the need for higher doses. The study enrolled 30 adults aged 45-85 with moderate Parkinson's, comparing the active device to a sham (inactive) version over two months.
