This study looked at different treatments for vestibulodynia, a long-term vulvar pain condition that affects about 1 in 6 women. Researchers compared a numbing cream, an oral medication, and a combination of both to see which worked best. 209 women took part, and the goal was to find better ways to manage pain and improve quality of life.
