Summary
This study compares two types of physical therapy for athletes aged 12 to 30 who have ongoing symptoms after a concussion. One group will do special balance and eye exercises called vestibular rehabilitation, while the other group will do standard physical therapy. The goal is to see which approach better improves stability, reduces fear of movement, and helps athletes feel ready to return to sports. The study involves 34 participants and will last four weeks.
