Doctors test if changing ventilator pressure helps ICU patients breathe better
NCT ID NCT07188038
Summary
This study aims to understand how different pressure settings on a breathing machine affect the lungs and breathing muscles of patients in the intensive care unit. Researchers will test three pressure levels on 25 patients who are on a specific type of ventilator support. The goal is to gather information to help doctors fine-tune ventilator settings for better patient care in the future.
