First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a drug called veliparib combined with two standard chemotherapies (carboplatin and paclitaxel) in people with advanced solid tumors that also have liver or kidney problems. The goal is to find the safest dose and understand how the body processes the drugs. About 94 participants with various cancers (like lung, breast, or ovarian) are enrolled to help guide future treatment for this hard-to-treat group.
