Summary
This study tests a drug called vedolizumab for people in China with moderate to severe Crohn's disease, a condition that causes inflammation in the gut. About 408 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces symptoms like belly pain and diarrhea. The goal is to find a safe and effective treatment to control the disease long-term.
