Summary
This phase 3 trial tests the drug vedolizumab in 408 adults in China with moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease. Participants receive IV infusions of vedolizumab or a placebo over several weeks. The goal is to see if vedolizumab can reduce symptoms like abdominal pain and diarrhea, and help achieve remission.
