First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether valsartan, a drug already used for high blood pressure, can help people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Researchers will give 60 adults either valsartan or a placebo for 24 weeks to see if it improves how far they can walk in six minutes. The goal is to find a safe, affordable way to manage this serious lung condition.
