Summary
This study tests whether the drug valbenazine can safely reduce obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptoms in adults with moderate to severe OCD. Thirty participants will receive both valbenazine and a placebo at different times, without knowing which they are taking. The goal is to see if valbenazine improves OCD severity and thinking skills.
