Summary

This study tests whether valbenazine can safely reduce symptoms in adults with moderate-to-severe obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). About 30 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo in a crossover design, meaning everyone gets both over time. The main goal is to see if OCD severity scores improve.
