First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a flavored, drinkable chemotherapy called VAL-413 (Orotecan) combined with another drug (temozolomide) in children and young adults up to age 30 whose solid tumors have come back. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see how the body processes the medicine. About 20 participants will take the drugs for 5 days in a row, and researchers will monitor side effects and drug levels in the blood.
