Summary

This study tests if a gentle heat treatment applied inside the vagina can calm overactive bladder symptoms. The heat targets nerve endings in the bladder muscle to reduce sudden urges and leakage. The study will include 48 adults with moderate to severe symptoms and measure improvement using a symptom questionnaire.
