Heat wave for bladder control: new office treatment tested

Summary
This study tests if a gentle heat treatment (45-50°C) delivered through the vagina can calm overactive bladder symptoms. The heat targets nerve endings in the bladder muscle to reduce urgency and leakage. About 48 adults with moderate to severe symptoms will receive this office-based, non-invasive procedure. The goal is to improve symptoms and quality of life without major side effects.
