Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, low-heat radiofrequency treatment delivered through the vagina can help control overactive bladder symptoms. The treatment aims to calm overactive nerves in the bladder wall without damaging surrounding tissues. Researchers will enroll 48 women with moderate to severe symptoms to see if this office-based procedure improves their quality of life.
