Summary
This study is testing a brief program called Omnis Salutis, designed to help recent Veterans with conditions like PTSD, depression, anxiety, or substance use. The program involves three sessions where Veterans learn to communicate their health goals to doctors and loved ones. Researchers want to see if it improves Veterans' social connections, physical health, and engagement with their care.
