First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looked at 609 women who had vaginal surgery for pelvic organ prolapse to find out how many develop urinary incontinence afterward. Researchers measured stress and urgency incontinence using patient questionnaires. The goal is to better understand the true prevalence and risk factors, helping doctors decide whether to add incontinence surgery at the same time.
