First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether an upright MRI can better detect prostate cancer compared to the standard PSA blood test and traditional MRI. About 550 men at risk for prostate cancer will get both types of MRI scans and answer comfort questionnaires. The goal is to see if the upright MRI is more effective and comfortable for screening.
