Summary

This study aims to understand how upper-limb assistive devices—like grasping gloves, mealtime aids, and robotic arms—impact the daily lives of people with motor impairments. Researchers will interview and survey 150 regular users (including those with stroke, spinal cord injury, or neuromuscular disorders) to measure independence, satisfaction, quality of life, and social participation. The goal is to identify what works well and what could be improved, helping guide future device development.
