First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study compares two types of exercise programs—Global Postural Re-education and NASM-based corrective exercises—for people with upper cross syndrome, a condition causing neck and upper back pain, rounded shoulders, and forward head posture. 46 participants will do the exercises three times a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, disability, endurance, and posture to see which approach works better.
